Football fans in Lagos don’t have to worry no more about how to enjoy their May Day!!!

Radio and TV Sports Host, Sayo Owolabi through his S.A.Y.O Initiative is rallying other notable names in the Sporting media for Footballcentric Lagos, the first installment of his proposed nationwide tour to promote Sports Development across Nigeria using Football as a driving force.

Footballcentric Lagos is a Football-themed charity event powered by leading names in sports on Radio and TV in Lagos to give fans unprecedented and unlimited fun with loads of prizes to be won in an atmosphere of Talk, Play, Network and Games laced with Music and Comedy with major attractions like The Last Fan Standing (Football Knowledge Competition), Locker Room (Discussion), Spot kick (Ladies shoot at goal to win cash), An all-star 5-a-side Futsal Challenge between Team Island and Team Mainland Football Analysts.

According to Sayo Owolabi, Footballcentric Lagos gives football fans the rare pleasure of hanging out with their favorite Analysts and they don’t only have fun but also gain insights into how they as Fans can get more from the world’s most popular sport… Football.

He further stated that notable names that will serenade fans at the event will be unveiled over the next few weeks as we countdown to what has been tagged a ‘Football Fans Fiesta’ billed for May 1, 2017 at the (Molade Okoya Indoor) Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere.

Proceeds (Sponsorship, Donations and Ticket sales) from the event will be channeled into the “Sports In Schools Project” of the S.A.Y.O Initiative where Sports kits and equipment will be donated to select Public secondary Schools across Lagos State.
